Collection Arrangement of New Smart Identity Card after the closure of Smart Identity Card Replacement Centres (SIDCCs)
All SIDCCs will be closed with effect from 4 March 2023. If applicants are unable to collect their new smart identity cards at the chosen SIDCCs on or before 3 March 2023, they are required to collect their identity cards at a designated Registration of Persons Office as specified below starting from 6 March 2023:

Please note that, for those who have made an application at an SIDCC but yet to collect their new smart identity cards, his/her existing smart identity card must be returned for cancellation during collection.
